Providing third party documents

It’s easy for a third party to supply documents safely and securely using UploadOnce. Enjoy peace of mind, knowing the files provided are safe and submitted with permission.

Step 1: Simply agree to terms and conditions, if you are not already using UploadOnce

Step 2: Click a button to provide the relevant file or indicate you don’t have what they need.

Note, each document should be 10 MB or less, however, you can attach multiple files if required. UploadOnce will automatically recognise, name and store documents uploaded into a secure digital folder of the person requesting the document.

Step 3: When complete, click the button for a message to be sent through the system to inform the requestor you have completed the task or that you don't have the file.
